COMET S.P.A. today is one of Italy's

We have manufactured over 4100 machines and built 350 complete hi-tech
plants since 1955.
Over 70% of our current production is geared to supplying markets
the world over, without neglecting the home market which is still
of major importance to our firm thanks to Italy's place in the forefront
of the fashion business where finishing techniques play such an important
part in producing textiles of the highest quality.
Our location in the heart of the textile belt of Prato means we rub
shoulders daily with thousands of medium, small and tiny textile companies
almost all of which specialise in a specific area of the manufacturing
process such as carding, spinning, weaving, dyeing or finishing.
